Mashed Potatoes
INGREDIENTS
4 - Large Russet Potatoes
1 Cup - Milk
4 Tbs. - Butter
1 tsp - Salt
1/2 tsp - Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS
Peel and quarter potatoes. Boil for 15 minutes. Drain water and add milk and butter. Using a potato masher, mash the potatoes until smooth. Add salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy.
*Special Note - This recipe pairs great with Brown Gravy!
