Normandy Cheese Sauce
INGREDIENTS
2 Tbs. - Butter
1/4 tsp - Salt
1/2 Cup - Water
2 Tbs. - White Flour
1 Tbs. - Yellow Mustard
1 tsp - Worcestershire Sauce
1 Can (5-1/3 oz) - Evaporated Milk
1/2 lb. - American Cheese
DIRECTIONS
In a small saucepan, combine butter, salt, water, flour, mustard, milk, and worcestershire sauce. Simmer on low heat, stirring constantly, until thick. Cut cheese into small pieces and add to sauce, stirring until melted and smooth. Serve and enjoy!
