Darcy's Deviled Eggs
INGREDIENTS
6 - Large Eggs
1/4 Cup - Mayonnaise
1 tsp - Yellow Mustard
1 tsp - White Vinegar
DIRECTIONS
Put eggs into a pot of water and cook on high heat until a rolling boil begins. Turn off heat and let sit for 15 minutes. Submerge eggs in an ice bath to stop the cooking and cool the eggs. Once cool, peel the eggs and cut in half vertically. Remove the yolks and combine them with mayonnaise, mustard, and vinegar. Spoon the yolk mixture into the egg white halves and chill until ready to serve. Serve and enjoy.
