INGREDIENTS
16 lbs. - Corned Beef Flats
2 Cups - Water
DIRECTIONS
Place corned beef, including all of the juices from the bag and spices that come with it, in a large pressure cooker. Add water until partially covered. Cook on low heat until pressure cooker has been rocking for 45 minutes. Remove from heat and wait until pressure releases. Remove from pressure cooker and trim off all of the fat. Cut the beef into slices, making sure to cut against the grain. Place in a glass casserole dish and add some of the liquid. Cover and refrigerate overnight. An hour before serving time, remove dish from fridge and cook at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Serve and enjoy!
