INGREDIENTS
8 Chicken Tenderloins
1/2 Cup - Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. - Paprika
1/2 tsp. - Seasoned Salt
1/2 tsp. - Italian Seasoning (a pinch of oregano, thyme, and basil)
1/4 tsp. - Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp. - Onion Powder
1/8 tsp. - Black Pepper
2 Cups - Corn Flakes
1/4 Cup - Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbs. - Melted Butter
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a baking sheet. Combine all spices and mayo in a bowl. In a separate dish, combine corn flakes and parmesan cheese. Coat each piece of chicken in the mayo mixture, then coat in the corn flake mixture. Place on greased pan and drizzle with melted butter. Bake for 20 minutes.
*Special Note - For a low carb option, you can remove the corn flakes (but this is still not a healthy recipe).
