Lynnel's Sugar Cookies
INGREDIENTS
2 Cups - Granulated Sugar
3 - Eggs
1 Cup - Sour Cream
16 Tbs. - Butter
1 tsp - Baking Soda
1 tsp - Vanilla
5 Cups - White Flour
1/2 Cup - Powdered Sugar
DIRECTIONS
Combine softened butter, granulated sugar, eggs, sour cream, vanilla, baking soda, and flour. Form dough into a ball, cover and chill for at least 8 hours. Sprinkle powdered sugar on a flat surface and roll out the dough. Use cookie cutters to cut dough into desired shapes (remaining dough can be re-rolled up to 5 times). Place shapes onto a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool and frost with Curt's Sugar Cookie Frosting. Serve and enjoy.
