Fresh Refried Beans
INGREDIENTS
2 Cups - Uncooked Pinto Beans
1/2 Cup - Crisco
1 - White Onion
2 Cubes - Chicken Bullion
1 Tbs. - Garlic Powder
DIRECTIONS
Soak beans overnight. Put Crisco, onion, and drained beans in a pressure cooker and cook for 30 minutes on medium heat. Mash cooked beans and combine with garlic powder and bullion. Serve and enjoy!
*Special Note - This recipe pairs perfectly with Spanish Rice!
