Erik's Ginger Whipped Cream

INGREDIENTS

• 1 Cup - Heavy Whipping Cream

• 1/2 tsp - Ground Ginger

• 2 Tbs. - Powdered Sugar

DIRECTIONS

Using a chilled bowl and chilled beaters, whip the cream until soft peaks are formed. Add the powdered sugar and ginger and whip until stiff peaks form. Serve and enjoy!
