INGREDIENTS
16 oz. - Cream Cheese
6 oz. - Crab Meat
1/2 Cup - Cilantro
1 - Egg White
1 tsp - Parsley Flakes
4 Cups - Vegetable Oil
1 Tbs. - Garlic Powder
50 - Dynasty Wonton Wraps
DIRECTIONS
Remove cilantro leaves from the stems and finely chop. Chop crab meat into small chunks, roughly 1/4" x 1/4". Mix softened cream cheese with cilantro, crab meat, parsley, and garlic powder. Place a dollop of the cream cheese mixture onto the center of a wonton wrap. Use your finger to apply a small amount of egg white to the edges of the wonton wrap. While the egg white is still wet, fold all 4 corners of the wrap into themselves and pinch shut. Repeat until all of the cream cheese mixture is gone. Heat the vegetable oil in a small pot. Using tongs, place the wontons into the hot oil and fry each one for roughly 20 seconds, or until golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
