English Mustard Sauce
INGREDIENTS
1 Tbs. - Flour
1/8 tsp - Salt
1/8 tsp - Black Pepper
1/2 Cup - Water
1 tsp - Dry Mustard
1 Tbs. - Yellow Mustard
1 Tbs. - Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbs. - Butter
DIRECTIONS
In a small saucepan, combine dry mustard, salt, pepper, and flour. Gradually add water and vinegar. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly, until boiling, then cook an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add butter and mustard. Serve and enjoy!
*Special Note - This recipe pairs perfectly with Corned Beef!
