Uncle John's Chimichurri Sauce
INGREDIENTS
12 Cloves - Fresh Garlic
1-1/2 tsp - Salt
3/4 Cup - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1-1/2 Cups - Fresh Cilantro Leaves
3/4 Cup - Fresh Oregano Leaves
4 Cups - Fresh Parsley Leaves
3/4 tsp - Ground Cumin
3/4 tsp - Black Pepper
9 Tbs. - White Wine Vinegar
3/4 tsp - Red Pepper Flakes
DIRECTIONS
Put all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until coarsely combined. Serve immediately.
*Special Note - This recipe makes roughly 2 cups of sauce. Any left over sauce can be put into ice cube trays and frozen for later use.
