INGREDIENTS
1 lb. - Ground Beef
1/2 Cup - White Onion (finely chopped)
1 Clove - Garlic (minced)
1 Can (16oz) - Crushed Tomatoes
1 Can (8oz) - Tomato Sauce
1 Can (6oz) - Tomato Paste
2 tsp. - Dried Basil
2 Tbs. - Dried Parsley
2 tsp. - Salt
1/2 tsp. - Black Pepper
1 Tbs. - Vegetable Oil
2 - Eggs
2 1/2 Cups - Ricotta Cheese
3/4 Cup - Parmesan Cheese
1 lb. - Mozzarella Cheese
8oz - Lasagna Noodles
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375. In a large skillet cook meat onion and garlic until meat is browned. Drain off grease. Stir in all tomatoes, basil, and salt. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring often. While meat sauce is simmering, cook noodles in water and vegetable oil until tender. IN a mixing bowl, combine eggs, ricotta, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, parsley, and pepper. In a 13x9 glass baking dish, layer noodles, ricotta, meat sauce, and mozzarella, then top with remaining parmesan. Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
