INGREDIENTS
1/4 Cup - Rolled Oats
1/3 Cup - Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 Tbs. - PB2 Peanut Butter Powder
1/2 Tbs. - Chia Seeds
1/2 Tbs. - Stevia Sweetener (Powdered)
DIRECTIONS
Start with a clean 4 oz. mason jar. Add rolled oats, stevia, powdered peanut butter, and chia seeds to the bottom. Put the lid on the jar and shake to mix the dry ingredients. Open and add the almond milk, letting it settle until the entire 1/3 cup fits. Seal the jar tight and place in the fridge for at least 8 hours or until ready to eat (lasts up to 4 days).
*Special Note - Although often considered a breakfast item, overnight oats are best eaten for dinner, roughly 4 hours before you go to bed. The high level of carbs can lead to a mid-day crash when eaten for breakfast.
