Bacon Wrapped Chestnuts
INGREDIENTS
2 Cans - Water Chestnuts
1 lb. - Raw Bacon Strips
2/3 Cup - Brown Sugar
2/3 Cup - Ketchup
DIRECTIONS
Cut bacon strips in half and roll around each chestnut, securing with a wooden toothpick. Place onto a wire rack on a baking sheet Bake at 300 degrees for 55 minutes. In a bowl, mix sugar and ketchup. Place cooked chestnuts into a glass baking dish and pour ketchup mixture on top. Bake an additional 55 minutes at 300 degrees. Serve and enjoy.
