INGREDIENTS
2 Tbs. - Butter
1 tsp - Salt
1 Cup - Warm Water
2 Cups - White Flour
1 tsp - Granulated Sugar
1 tsp - Active Dry Yeast
1 Tbs. - Seasoned Salt
DIRECTIONS
Dissolve sugar in warm water and add active dry yeast. Let bloom for 10 minutes. Add salt and 1 cup of the flour to the yeast mixture and mix until smooth. Add remaining flour and knead until combined. Cover the dough ball and let rise at room temperature for 90 minutes. Use the butter to grease a round glass baking pan. Sprinkle the seasoned salt onto buttered pan, coating thoroughly. Flatten the dough ball and knead for a few seconds (do not over knead). Add dough ball to the pan and let rise at room temperature for 30 minutes. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
