Valentino's Pizza
INGREDIENTS
2 Cups - Valentino's Pizza Sauce
1 Ball - Valentino's Pizza Dough
1 lb. - Mozzarella Cheese (grated)
1/2 lb. - Monterey Jack Cheese *grated)
Meat / Vegetable toppings as desired
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Lightly flour surface and stretch out dough ball into one 18" circle or divide in half and make two 12" circles. Place dough onto pizza pans and spread sauce on top. Place desired toppings, cover with cheese, and cook for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
*Special Note - This recipe uses Valentino's Pizza Dough and Valentino's Pizza Sauce. This is the pizza we would have the first night every time we would visit the farm in Nebraska!
