Pumpkin Custard
INGREDIENTS
1 Can (16 oz) - Pumpkin
3/4 Cup - Sugar
1 tsp - Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp - Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp - Ground Nutmeg
3 - Eggs
1 Can (5-1/3 oz) - Evaporated Milk
1/2 Cup - Milk
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients. Pour into glass baking dish, cover with foil. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 25 minutes. Chill and serve.
