INGREDIENTS
1 Box (8 oz) - Manicotti Shells (uncooked)
1-3/4 Cups - Ricotta Cheese
2 Cups - Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 Cup - Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbs. - Chopped Parsley
1 - Egg
1/2 tsp - Salt
1/4 tsp - Black Pepper
3 Cups - Spaghetti Sauce
DIRECTIONS
Cook pasta, cool. In large bowl, combine cheeses, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper. Spoon into cooled pasta tubes. Spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce on the bottom of a 13x9x2 pan. Arrange filled pasta tubes in the pan forming a single layer. Pour remaining sauce over the top and cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
