Valentino's Pizza Dough
INGREDIENTS
3 Cups - White Flour
1 pkg - Active Dry Yeast
1 1/2 tsp - Sugar
1 1/2 tsp - Salt
1 Cup - Warm Water
3 Tbs. - Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS
In a large mixing bowl, combine water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes. Mix in olive oil and salt. Gradually mix in flour and knead until dough is an elastic texture. Place a moist towel over dough and allow to rise at room temperature for roughly 2 hours, or until the ball has doubled in size. Divide in half and roll into 2 12 inch pizza, or keep as one large ball and roll into one 18" pizza.
