Regina's Tuna Noodle Casserole
INGREDIENTS
2 Cans - Cream of Mushroom Soup (can substitute with Cream of Chicken)
4 Cans - Chunk Light Tuna (drained)
1 Can - Green Peas (drained)
2 Cups - Large Elbow Macaroni (dry)
1/2 Cup - Crushed Potato Chips
DIRECTIONS
Cook macaroni noodles. Drain. Add peas, soup, and tuna. Pour into a casserole pan and cover with foil. Cook at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle crushed potato chips on top. Cook uncovered for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
*Special Note - Aunt Tammy would always have Regina make this for her birthday because she knew how much her brothers hated it!
