Connie's Chicken Tortilla Casserole
INGREDIENTS
12 - Flour Tortillas (cut into squares)
4 - Chicken Breasts (cooked and shredded)
1 Can - Green chilis (diced)
2 Cups - Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 Cup - Milk
1/2 Cup - White Onion (finely diced)
1/4 tsp. - Salt
1/2 tsp. - Black Pepper
4 Cups - Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 300 degrees and grease a 9x13 baking dish. In a large bowl, combine milk, chilis, salt, pepper, onion, and soup. Cover the bottom of the baking dish with tortilla squares and spread 1/3 of the soup mix over it. Sprinkle 1/3 of the chicken and cheese on top and repeat the process. Bake for 1 hour. Serve and enjoy!
