Darcy's Beef Stew
INGREDIENTS
1 lb. - Cubed Beef
3 Tbs. - White Flour
3 Cans - Stewed Tomatoes
1 Cup - Water
1 - White Onion
2 Cubes - Beef Bullion
1 tsp - Worcestershire Sauce
2 - Russet Potatoes
1 Can - Green Beans
2 Cans - Yellow Corn
DIRECTIONS
Lightly coat beef in flour and sear in a hot pan until brown. Drain and set aside. Puree tomatoes and add to a large pot. Finely dice onion and add to the tomatoes. Peel potatoes and dice into small cubes. Add water, bullion, worcestershire sauce, potatoes, and beef in a large pot and simmer for at least 1 hour. Add drained green beans and drained corn. Simmer for 1 hour. Serve and enjoy!
